New patient appointments
New patient visits are typically 60–90 minutes. Dr. Haigler will review your full medical and dental history, conduct a comprehensive examination, and discuss your symptoms and goals before recommending any treatment.
Payment
We accept full payment at the time of service, and we will provide a medical claim for insurance reimbursement.
Referrals are welcome but are not required
We welcome referrals from physicians, dentists, and other healthcare providers. If you are referring a patient, please use the form below or call our office directly.
